There are no costs on your website - what do you cost?
As each client and project is different, I will discuss costing with you before a work agreement is made. Project work will be charged by the hour. If you require ongoing support, a contract will be drawn up which will include a pricing structure.
How are you different to other Virtual Assistants?
Emily is an accomplished musician and has spent many years in voluntary executive committee positions. She has experience working with community organisations and not-for-profits.
There is so much behind the scenes work that goes into any arts organisation, work that is usually done by a team of dedicated, but busy volunteers. Emily understands this because she has lived it. Committees also go through change and flux fairly regularly, with new members having to re-learn all of the tasks needed to run the organisation.
Emily can assist your committee with statutory requirements, AGM and meeting protocols as well as membership management to help take the guess work out of the administration of your organisation.
She can also assist with online ticketing requirements, music library organisation, mailing list set up and support, concert program layout and social media support.
Admin for the Arts is different, because Emily knows what it takes to run an arts organisation.

Pricing Terms and Conditions
- All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD).
- Invoices will be itemised and forwarded upon completion of work.
- Invoices are payable within seven (7) working days.
- Late payment will incur a fee.
- Admin for the Arts is registered for GST. All prices are not inclusive of GST.
- Additional costs will be charged to cover postage, couriers, STD/Mobile calls, photocopying, faxing, printing and will be itemised separately on invoice.
- Currently we only accept payment by direct deposit.
- Completed work will be returned by email unless alternative arrangements have been made.
- All work is quality checked but it is the client’s responsibility to proofread all completed and returned work.
- Admin for the Arts has the right to increase fees without notice.
